We offer two free classes, that allow you to check out who we are, and for us to make sure you are a good fit for our growing community. Bring a friend and you both get two weeks for free!
You're welcome to chat with our instructor and make an informed decision, but there's no pressure and no sales pitch.
Getting Started is a breeze.
After your trial classes, enrollment is month-to-moth (like Netflix). No contracts. No testing fees. No equipment fees.
All enrollment includes two classes every week plus optional meditation classes and monthly special topics courses.
Adults and mature teens start in To-Shin Do Level 1. The price is $180 per month.
